If you’re looking for veteran home care services or home remodeling for veterans, then you’re right place. You need home modification due to age, injury, or mobility issues, Solid Rock is proud to help. We provide home modifications that can help you negotiate your property more easily and live more comfortably with veteran home care services. Modifications we handle include ramps, accessible bathrooms and kitchens, stair lifts, and more.
Our founder and President, Chris Moore, is a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), and practices Universal Design on all home remodeling projects for veterans. Our goal is to help you stay in your home for as long as possible, while making it a safe, comfortable, and happy place for you to live.
Solid Rock is proud to participate in Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) grants, Home Improvement and Structural Alteration (HISA) grants, and Granting Freedom grants. These programs provide funding to help pay for the alterations you may need.
Because of our extensive experience in veteran home care services or veteran assistance and home remodeling for veterans, we’re also able to help connect you to a support system that can help you apply for these grants and complete the paperwork.
