What makes you different from other contractors?

What types of projects do you handle?

We offer complete home remodeling services including kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and new construction. We also specialize in accessibility modifications, including aging-in-place renovations and VA grant projects.

What warranties do you offer?

We provide an industry-leading 5-year warranty on all workmanship. This includes a 12-month follow-up visit for adjustments and touch-ups.

What certifications do you hold?

In addition to our CAPS certification and recognition as 2020 CAPS Designee of the Year, we also hold an Executive Certificate in Home Modification. Chris is also a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)-approved education instructor, a Certified Environmental Access Consultant, and a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), and a Senior Home Safety Specialist. Chris is a recognized author, writing for Angie’s List and other publications.

How do you ensure quality work?

We maintain quality through weekly inspections and direct oversight from certified specialists. Every project includes pre-construction planning and final quality checks.

How does your process work?

We begin with a free 30-60 minute consultation to understand your needs. Our structured six-step process then guides you from design through completion, including weekly progress meetings.

Who will manage my project?

Our team handles all aspects from permits to final inspection, and we have a dedicated Project Manager, Cameron Epperly, who oversees every project.

Do you help with VA grants?

Yes, we specialize in VA grant projects and can assist with all application processes. We handle HISA, SAH, and Granting Freedom grants. We can also combine grants on larger projects. There are also other grants available to those who are not veterans. We can also show you how to get a $6,500 tax credit on your state income tax by increasing your home’s accessibility!
