Custom Screen Porch to Sun Room Conversion | Roanoke Valley
Project Description
The DeSouza Screen Porch to Sunroom Conversion in Roanoke transformed an existing screened-in porch into a year-round sunroom, enabling a service-connected disabled veteran to enjoy this space throughout all seasons. The project included the installation of hardwood flooring and a ductless mini-split system to ensure year-round comfort. A triple window was removed and replaced with a patio door to enhance access, while windows were installed throughout to maximize natural light. The completion of this project involved new drywall, a ceiling fan, paint, and trim work, resulting in a bright and inviting sunroom that supports the client’s needs and lifestyle aspirations.
